Just days before the launch, Vița de Vie held a press conference and teased us live with a few tracks from their latest album, Acustic. Vodafone Experience Store hosted the event, for the delight of all those present.
Through all the event, one particular idea caught my attention: for this album, the band tried to go back to traditional music making, with lots of classical instruments. Also, to highlight this effort, they have shot the album photos using an analog camera and darkroom. They even recorded the CD on a vinyl look-alike disc. And since I’ve had the idea of shooting on film for quite a while, I tried to develop my raw files using classic looks, just to get used to different results I might come across.
